Eating Gluten Free in Buenos Aires

I think one of the biggest things I will miss about Buenos Aires is the gluten free accessibility here. Compared to the US, it is unmatched! I've been blown away by how incredible the gluten free options are in Buenos Aires and the quality of the food. Here is a list of my absolutely favorite gluten free stops in the city.

Eating Gluten Free in Buenos Aires | Almacén de Pizzas

This place has fantastic gluten free pizza options along with delicious empanadas that are gluten free. They also have the best juices I've found in the city, they're incredible!

Eating Gluten Free in Buenos Aires | Anatani Yummy & Gluten Free

This is a recent find and I am obsessed! It has a full Asian menu with gluten free breaded meat, sauces and even egg rolls!

Eating Gluten Free in Buenos Aires | CAMPOBRAVO

Campo Bravo is a favorite of ours. It's a fully gluten free steakhouse. They have three locations in Buenos Aires. I've been to two of them and they are absolutely incredible. The entire menu is gluten free with a lot of dairy free and vegan options as well.

Eating Gluten Free in Buenos Aires | Celiagourmet

Celiagourment offers exclusively gluten free food. They have a lot of pre made things and their bakery is incredible. They also have really great full meals you can make at home. They have breads, pizzas and a lot more. They have lots of locations all over the city so pretty much anywhere you go, you'll be able to find one.

Eating Gluten Free in Buenos Aires | Deniro de Hamburguesería

Deniro is a little burger place that's pretty close to where we live. It is delicious and fast and we enjoy it every time we go.

Eating Gluten Free in Buenos Aires | Fat Broder

Fat Broder is located in Palermo and it is incredible. They have so many gluten free options including burgers, mozzarella sticks, fries, and more. It's SO incredibly good. I never had a bad meal there and their fresh made juice is to die for!

Eating Gluten Free in Buenos Aires | GOUT Gluten Free Belgrano

Gout is a gluten free bakery and cafe. They have a lot of different options and everything on the menu is gluten free. They have sandwiches, breakfast options and even gluten free bread. My favorite thing from them is their gluten free torte, I'm not exaggerating when I say I dream of this torte. It's very reminiscent of my time in Germany and Austria and I can't get enough of it.

Eating Gluten Free in Buenos Aires | La Union Gluten Free Bakery

La Union is another completely gluten free bakery. They make the best gluten free brownie in the entire city, and I have tried a few. All of the pastries are incredible including the cookies and muffins, frankly everything that I have tried there is absolutely delicious. I don't know how they make these pastries taste as amazing as they do. They don't look or taste like the typical dense gluten free pastries, but instead are flaky, buttery and delicious.  Not only do they not look gluten free, they don't taste gluten free. They're flaky, they're moist, they're just incredibly delicious. My favorite are the vigilantes and the dulce de leche medialunas. They have restaurants all over the city so they are relatively easy to access as well.

Eating Gluten Free in Buenos Aires | Lo de Carlitos

Lo de Carlitos is a restaurant with a fairly decent sized gluten free menu. Our favorite things are the crepes, both savory and sweet are amazing and you can't go wrong with either.

Eating Gluten Free in Buenos Aires | Pain du Jours

Pain de Jour is another exclusively gluten free cafe and bakery. I've only had items from their bakery and it's all been really delicious.

Eating Gluten Free in Buenos Aires | Pérez-H

Last on our list is Paris H which is a burger place with locations all over the city. They have gluten free burgers with delicious buns as well as amazing fries and cheese fries.
